David Evans

MBA

David Evans is the Chief Executive Officer of Texas Neurology in Dallas, Texas. He also serves as Chair of the American Academy of Neurology’s Health Policy Subcommittee and as Chair of the AAN’s Brain Health Committee, as well as a Member of the AAN’s Advocacy Committee and the AAN’s Industry Relations Committee.  He is immediate Past-Chair of the AAN’s Practice Management & Technology Subcommittee and Past Chair of the BRAINS section of the American Academy of Neurology.  He also served as a member of the AAN’s Medical Economics & Management Committee, member of the BrainPAC Executive Committee, and Chair of the AAN’s Neurology Compensation and Productivity Survey. Mr. Evans is also a co-founder and CEO of NeuroNet GPO and a recipient of the AAN’s President’s Award.

Joseph Fritz

PhD, CMPE​

Joseph Fritz has devoted his career to supporting accessible healthcare and value based neurologic care.  He co-founded the Neurology Practice Consortium of large geographically distributed community practice (2009), and subsequently NeuroNetGPO (2017) and NeuroNetPro (2019) to improve the sustainability of neurology private practices.  He is currently a strategic advisor to the Dent Neurologic Institute, which as CEO from 2008-2023, he helped grow to become among the largest outpatient neurology centers in the US.  In 2019, he was recognized by Buffalo Business First for his C-level accomplishments. Dr. Fritz was also Chair of the Western New York Population Health Collaborative, which in 2023 he formally integrated  into the HEALTHeLink (HeL) health information exchange as a means to implement a data driven approach to addressing racial disparities.  Subsequently, Dr. Fritz became a committee member of the HeL Regional Health Improvement Committee, and an officer of the partnering Buffalo Center for Health Equity, a non-profit focused on addressing root causes for inequities. An imaging scientist and biomarker specialist by training, he is currently President of the American Society of Neuroimaging, with the goal to enable neurology providers, technologists, scientists and ancillary service teams to fully leverage neuroimaging in clinical practice and precision medicine. For over 15 years, Dr. Fritz has participated in a wide range committees within the American Academy of Neurology committees including Chair of the AAN’s Business Section, vice-chair of the Axon Registry Committee, co-chair of the APP Workgroup, and member of Practice, Medical Economics and Management, Payment Policy, Health Services Research Group, Imaging, and Practice Management and Technology Committees.

Christine Mann

MBA

Ms. Mann began her career in healthcare as the COO/Treasurer of a comprehensive Rheumatology practice where she became a pioneer in the development of one of the first in-office infusion delivery models for this specialty and also was a founding member of NORM. Ms. Mann transitioned to the DENT Neurologic Institute and created a 28 chair comprehensive infusion center which was recently granted the esteemed NICA accreditation as a center of excellence. Her responsibilities include working to create efficient workflows, and managing the process for all stake-holders that are part of patients’ journey to the chair. Ms. Mann directs creation of policies and procedures, organization purchasing and a sophisticated inventory system. She also leads the payor team, and the Behavioral Health and Interventional Psychiatry operations. Christine is a founder and managing partner in the NeuroNet organizations. Her work has been instrumental in shaping the strategic vision, goals and growth of both organizations. As part of the growth initiative for the DENT Neurologic Institute, Ms. Mann was recently promoted as the organization’s Chief Commercial Officer. This a distinguished and newly created position as part of the strategic development plans for the DENT.

Christine is recipient of the Business First Award for Women of Influence for her contributions to patient care and also the winner of the Excellence in Healthcare Award presented to outstanding Executives who have made a difference in the delivery of healthcare. She is a nationally recognized speaker on the business of infusion, drug delivery and development and management of infusion centers. Ms. Mann has also served as a trainer and speaker for the pharmaceutical industry as they bring new therapies to market and develop strategic initiatives. She was appointed to the National Infusion Center Association (NICA) Board of Directors in 2020 and appointed as the Vice President in 2023. Ms. Mann also serves as a Trustee, VP, and Director of Finance for the REACH Academy Charter School in Buffalo, NY.

Ashley Matecki

MBA

Ms. Matecki currently serves dual roles as the Director of Business Operations for NeuroNet GPO and also as the Manager of Purchasing and Contracting at DENT Neurologic Institute. She has been instrumental in developing processes and programs to organize and streamline the complexity of supply chain management in a healthcare setting. Ashley has worked closely with our vendors and manufacturers to develop relationships to help manage pricing, contracts, and rebates. Her experience and expertise in customer relations have proved to be a valuable asset to our NeuroNet team. She began her career at DENT in 2014 after completing her bachelor’s degree at Buffalo State College and a program of study in Chile and Peru. Ms. Matecki then pursued her Master’s degree in Business Administration, which she completed in 2019.
